Jade ( Translucency / Subsurface Scattering ) Shader


Realistic Jade shader. Works with forward and deferred rendering. Needs a depth texture per scene or object (depending on needed precision) to work. Works on both DirectX and OpenGL / mobile.


- does not use "translucency" maps

- customizable scatter parameters

- full source provided so it can be customized by an able programmer.
