About this asset
The Highlighter script allows you to instantly add a colorful material effect to any game object. These effects use intelligent material instances that will automatically be destroyed after a fixed duration of inactivity to conserve unnecessary memory overhead.
The script includes the ability to automatically detect and group child objects or you can manually define the GameObject(s) that should receive the highlighter effect.
This package contains:- The highlighter effect script.
- An editor script to customize the appearance of the highlighter script.
- A demo scene with scripts to handle mouse over and click interactions.
