Everything uses unity standard shader with: diffuse, metallic and normal map. All textures are optimizes, 2048x2048. Warehouse uses 6 materials + assets that goes in it. Assets like: lifting crane, electric box with outlets. Almost everything is modular and can be mixed up really well. Everything has prefabs and scene consists only from prefabs.
