About this asset

A complete first person sci-fi katana set, ready to drop under your camera.

The pack includes first person arms, male and female, each with half gloves and full gloves. That gives four looks, and you switch between them with one component, in the editor or at runtime.

The arms come with 11 animations:

  • Idle, Walk, Sprint
  • Draw, Holster
  • Attack 1, Attack 2, Attack 3
  • Jump Start, Jump Loop, Jump Land

The neon katana sits in the left hand and glows: its emissive map drives URP emission, and the demo camera's bloom gives it the sci-fi look. The three attacks chain into a combo in the demo.

Everything is set up and ready to use:

  • One prefab with arms, gloves and katana, already positioned for a first person camera
  • Animator controller, with Idle, Walk and Sprint in a speed blend tree
  • A demo scene with a playable first person controller: move, sprint, jump, a three hit attack combo, draw and holster
  • Weapon sway that reacts to camera movement and works with any player controller
  • Camera shakes for each attack, sprinting, jumping and landing, as editable assets
  • Glove and hands switch script

The arms use the same animator state names as our other first person packs, so one controller script can drive all of them.

Made for URP (URP Lit materials). Built-in: meshes, animations and scripts work; switch the materials to the Standard shader. HDRP: convert the materials with the HDRP material upgrader. Animations use a Generic rig for the included arms, not Humanoid. The demo controller uses the legacy Input Manager (Active Input Handling: Old or Both). Works with our other first person packs.
