Drop-in game UI and dialogue, working in one click.
Run Tools > LensLabs > Create Demo Scene and you have a playable demo with dialogue, messages, health bars and damage numbers. Run Setup Scene and the same system is in your own scene. No manual prefab wiring.
Visual Dialogue Editor
- Build branching conversations on a node canvas: drag, connect, zoom, undo/redo, auto layout, validation (missing links, duplicate IDs, unreachable nodes)
- Character portraits with 7 emotions (Neutral, Happy, Sad, Angry, Surprised, Worried, Thinking) and a preview in the editor
- Typewriter text, choices, linear "Continue" nodes, multiple dialogues per asset
Localization
- Translation tables generated from your dialogue in one click; your translations are kept when you edit
- CSV export/import for translators, search and "missing translations" filter
- Switch language at runtime: open dialogue, messages and labels update live. Demo included in English, Spanish and Catalan
Sound
- Typewriter blip, dialogue open/close, choice and continue sounds, one sound per message severity, one per floating-number type
- 14 original sounds included; swap any of them in a Sound Set asset; mute and volume from code
Messages and notifications
- Toast messages with Info / Warning / Achievement / Error styling, queueing, stacking, slide animations, custom sound per message
Status bars and floating numbers
- Health, Mana, Stamina, Shield and XP bars with gradients, damage trail and refill animation; health bars that follow units in the world
- Damage, healing, XP, critical and miss numbers, pooled for performance
Themes
- One Theme asset controls colours, font and sprites of every prefab. Three presets included (Cream, Dark, Fantasy), a Theme Manager window, one-click apply
Developer friendly
- Plain C# API: UIManager.Instance.ShowMessage(...), StartDialogue("id"), Localizer.SetLanguage("es"), UIAudio.Play(...)
- Event system (UIEvents) for dialogue, messages, bars and numbers
- TextMesh Pro for all text, uGUI, assembly definitions, full source code, no third-party dependencies
- Works in Built-in, URP and HDRP (UI is screen-space overlay); Input Manager and Input System
