About this asset

Warehouse Essentials is a set of 8 clean, game-ready warehouse props built at real-world meter scale with bottom-center pivots, ready to drop into any Built-in Render Pipeline project.
What's inside
- 8 FBX models, each containing LOD0 / LOD1 / LOD2 meshes plus UCX_ collision meshes
- 15 PBR materials (Standard shader): wood pallet, cardboard, tape, shipping labels, painted metals (red / blue / yellow / orange / gray), brushed steel, rubber, transparent plastic shrink-wrap, carpet, concrete, hazard striping
- 90 textures: 75 source 2K PNGs (albedo, OpenGL normal, roughness, metallic, AO) plus 15 generated MetallicSmoothness maps wired to the Standard shader's metallic workflow
- One-click Editor builder (Warehouse Essentials menu): generates all 8 prefabs with LODGroups and mesh colliders, and builds a demo warehouse scene (concrete floor, 8 props, directional light, framed camera) — no manual LOD configuration
LOD0 polygon counts (tris): Pallet 2052, Pallet Rack 3024, Box Stack 1008, Wrapped Pallet 3536, Flooring Roll 1996, Pallet Jack 3272, Utility Cart 4504, Safety Barrier 2192. Real-world dimensions, e.g. pallet 1.219 x 1.016 x 0.144 m.
LOD: 3 levels per asset, screen-relative transition heights 0.6 / 0.3 / 0.1. Colliders: non-convex MeshColliders generated from the UCX_ collision boxes in each FBX.
Pipeline compatibility: Built-in Render Pipeline (Standard shader) only. URP/HDRP not tested.
Install / use
1. Import the package into your project.
2. Warehouse Essentials menu -> Build All Prefabs (one click builds all 8 prefabs with LODGroups + colliders).
3. Warehouse Essentials menu -> Build Demo Scene for the demo warehouse scene.
4. Drag prefabs into your scenes. Done.
AI disclosure: 3D models were authored procedurally (clean primitives + bevels via Blender Python — not AI-generated meshes); textures are procedural PBR sets; the Unity-side materials, meta files, Editor builder script, and package assembly were hand-authored/automated by an AI assistant.
