US Army Pilot - Low Poly WW2 Character 3D Model screenshot 1
About this asset
The crowd figure in a hangar scene does not need a skeleton. This one is priced for filling the middle distance.
A low poly character for crowd work: a US pilot in a generic flight suit. Built as a real-time asset. The helmet and the oxygen mask are separate objects, so either can be hidden to change the silhouette.
๐ง GEOMETRY
โ 4 593 polygons, 4 685 vertices
โ quads and tris, mostly closed mesh
โ UV mapped, non-overlapping
โ T-pose base
โ separate helmet and separate oxygen mask, both can be hidden
๐ฟ STATIC MESH
โ no rig and no animation included
โ T-pose base is ready for your own skeleton
๐จ TEXTURES
โ diffuse, specular, normal, opacity and ambient occlusion
โ 2048x2048 body, 1024x1024 helmet, 1024x1024 oxygen mask
โ PSD sources plus TGA normal maps
๐ฆ FILES
โ this 3d character model ships as OBJ and 3ds Max 2012
โ no third-party renderer or plug-ins
๐ฎ FITS THESE PROJECTS
โ fighter pilot and bomber crew scenes, WW2 and later
โ combat flight simulator and dogfight game backgrounds
โ hangar, briefing room and flight line crowds

๐๏ธ THE LINE
Part of the WW2 Pilots line. This is the static, lower-cost figure in it, for the middle distance and the crowd. The other eight airmen are sold separately.

Animation count: 0
Animation types (Root Motion / In-place): N/A
UV mapping: Yes (single UV channel, mirrored/stacked shells share texture space)
LOD information: No LODs
Types of materials and texture maps (PBR / metal / specular workflow): Specular workflow - RSG_Lit_Specular Shader Graph (Base Color, Specular Smoothness: specular RGB + smoothness A, shared Normal)
Materials: 3, shared across Built-in, URP and HDRP - no material swapping (custom cross-pipeline Shader Graphs)
Render pipelines: Built-in, URP, HDRP (custom cross-pipeline Shader Graphs included; the Shader Graph package is required on all three - URP and HDRP pull it in automatically, on Built-in install it from the Package Manager)
Colliders: No - add colliders to the prefab for gameplay use
Dimensions: X 1.33 m x Y 1.94 m (height) x Z 0.52 m (1 unit = 1 m, prefab scale 1)
Scenes: 3 demo scenes (WW2_Demo_BRP / URP / HDRP) that automatically line up every installed WW2 Assets airplane and pilot - open the one matching your pipeline
Scripts: 1 C# demo-scene script in namespace RetroStyleGames.WW2Assets (WW2DemoPopulator, editor-only spawning, no input, no dependencies)
Dependencies: Shader Graph - package com.unity.shadergraph 17.0.4 (built into Unity 6), required because every material uses the included RSG Shader Graph shaders. URP and HDRP install it together with the pipeline package; on the Built-in Render Pipeline add it from Window > Package Manager > Unity Registry > Shader Graph. No other package dependencies.
Unity version: exported from and tested in 6000.0.77f1; Minimum Unity version Unity 6.x
