About this asset
Build static industrial interiors with eight module types: floor grate, support pillar, solid wall, utility wall, ceiling panel, door frame, catwalk rail and overhead cable tray. The package preserves eight legacy prefabs and adds eight GridReady placement variants (16 prefabs total), two demo scenes and aligned LOD0/LOD1 variants. GridReady roots are Y-up, metre-scale and use identity transforms with a documented 2 m layout grid. Includes Built-in Standard materials and render-mesh MeshColliders. The door geometry is static and closed. LOD1 simplifies distant detail. The modules are static scenery with no rig, animation, dynamic physics or gameplay behavior; the demo's optional navigation component provides camera bookmarks only. Validated in Unity 6000.3.25f1 with Built-in; URP/HDRP materials are not supplied.

Technical details
• 8 unique module types; 16 prefabs (8 preserved legacy + 8 GridReady placement variants); 16 FBX assets.
• 2 demo scenes; LOD0 transitions at 10% relative screen height and LOD1 culls below 0.5%; LOD1 omits selected small details.
• GridReady placement: Y-up, metres, identity root transforms, 2 m translation grid; legacy prefab axes remain unchanged.
• Built-in Standard materials, no model bitmap texture maps, static render-mesh MeshColliders; closed static door. The optional demo navigation component provides camera bookmarks only.
• Two optional showroom UI PNGs; Unity 6000.3.25f1 / Built-in validation. No URP/HDRP variants, animation or rig.
• Existing model UVs are retained; non-overlapping UV2 and baked-lighting readiness are not verified. Demo scenes use real-time lighting.
