SimBuild: Home Builder

SimBuild: Home Builder is a flexible runtime building system designed for construction, simulation, city-building and sandbox games in Unity.

Create complete modular structures directly during gameplay using a grid-based construction system. Players can place floors, walls, rooms, doors, windows, stairs, roofs, furniture and finishes, then modify their creations with move, demolish, reshape, undo and redo tools.

The system includes validation and collision-aware placement to help prevent invalid constructions while keeping the building workflow intuitive and easy to expand.

Save and load player constructions at runtime, export layouts as portable JSON files, and create reusable Prefab Templates from the Unity Editor.
