Features:

- URP prefabs with a flat, shared color palette across all 147 props — no texture maps, small file size, easy to retint

- Raw meshes included separately with no materials, for full customization

- Each mesh is built from several separately-named sub-objects — not one merged blob — so parts can be recolored, hidden, or animated independently

- Pivots placed at each prop's natural contact point (floor, wall, ceiling, or the back-left corner of a grid module), so props drop into a scene at the correct position with no manual offset

- Modular, tiling building blocks — pallet racking (Start Bay + Add-On Bays on a 2.7 m pitch), shelving runs, conveyor segments, mezzanine sections, restroom-stall runs, and the Floor-Line Kit — assemble at whatever scale your scene needs

- Animatable doors: the Sectional Overhead Door's panels, the personnel-door leaf, and the sliding freezer door all have their moving parts as separate objects, so you can animate them opening instead of faking it

- One optional cel / toon URP shader (Universal Render Pipeline/Warehouse Pack/Toon) — a drop-in add-on that keeps the same color values, for projects that want a soft cel look

- Roughly 50–2,000 triangles per prop (up to ~6,000 for large structural pieces like the racking, forklifts, conveyors, and overhead doors) — suitable for real-time, mobile, and VR projects
