About this asset

A clean, low-poly warehouse starter set ready to drop into any Unity project. Fifteen props with a consistent flat-color style — cozy and bright rather than grimy — built as URP prefabs, with the raw meshes also included without any materials.

What's included:

- Pallet Rack Start Bay

- Pallet Rack Add-On Bay

- Rack Upright Post Protector

- Boltless Shelving Unit

- Stacking Tote

- Sectional Overhead Door

- Dock Bumper

- Euro Pallet

- Hand Pallet Jack

- Packing Table

- Assembled Cardboard Box

- Shipped Parcel

- Floor-Line Kit (straight / corner / T / cross / end-cap / hatch pieces)

- Blank A-Frame Sign

- High-Bay LED Light

Requires Unity 6000.3 or newer. Universal Render Pipeline only.

Features:

- URP prefabs with a flat, shared color palette — no texture maps, small file size, easy to retint by swapping a part's material color

- Raw meshes included separately with no materials, for full customization

- Each mesh is built from several separately-named sub-objects (rack uprights and beam levels, the overhead door's individual panels), not one merged blob, so parts can be recolored, hidden, or animated independently

- Pivots placed at each prop's natural contact point — floor, wall, or the back-left corner of a grid module — so props drop into a scene at the correct position with no manual offset

- Modular, tiling pieces: build a rack run from a Start Bay plus Add-On Bays on a 2.7 m pitch; build a shelving run by duplicating units; assemble aisle markings from the Floor-Line Kit

- The Sectional Overhead Door's panels are separate objects tracked from the opening, so you can animate the door rolling up

- Roughly 50–2,000 triangles per prop (up to ~6,000 for the large structural pieces like the racking and overhead door) — suitable for real-time, mobile, and VR projects

- Includes a complete sample scene: a single pick → pack → ship loop with lighting

Good for warehouse, logistics, factory, or industrial scenes, background props in any game with an indoor industrial setting, or as a starting point for a larger custom warehouse environment.
