Trades work generates a specific set of sounds that sit between construction and domestic. 344 SFX - Building Services is a foley library covering the tools and materials a tradesperson uses on a typical interior job: plumbing, wiring, general fitting, and site cleanup.
Copper pipe sounds cover cutting, dropping a single pipe, and dropping multiple pipes on a hard surface. PVC pipe drops give you hard, medium, and soft impact variants. A fire door is recorded opening and closing across multiple takes with a solid, heavy metal character. A rotating extension cord reel is captured pulling out and coiling back at short and long durations. Silicone gun sounds cover handling and pumping trigger sequences. Zip ties give you handling and pull-tight sounds. A combi drill section covers on/off switching, bit changes, and single and multiple trigger pulls. Sweeping a concrete floor with a broom is recorded both indoors and outdoors. A wheelie bin being dragged over a long distance, filling a rubbish bag with wood debris, and a hand saw cutting wood round out the cleanup and finishing sounds.
