Hospital Clean/Horror Props Pack – Modular Environment | URP/HDRP

Horror Hospital Props Pack — URP & HDRP

Build atmospheric, decaying medical facilities—from sterile surgery rooms and dimly lit morgues to abandoned wards and blood-stained corridors—with this modular environment and prop kit for Unity's Universal Render Pipeline (URP).

Every asset is built with a standard PBR workflow and comes pre-wired in ready-to-use prefabs. Whether you are building a psychological horror game, a first-person thriller, or an atmospheric exploration experience, this pack provides the architectural pieces, medical equipment, furniture, and surface decals needed to set-dress a complete level.

Key Features

  • 136 Prop & Furniture Prefabs: Includes surgical beds, autopsy tables, morgue refrigerators, IV stands, wheelchairs, office furniture, privacy curtains, body bags, and medical supplies—many with multiple visual wear variants.

Important Import & Setup Notes

  1. URP Decal Rendering: To ensure blood, dirt, and signage decal prefabs render correctly, make sure the Decal Renderer Feature is added and enabled on your project's URP Renderer asset (Project Settings > Graphics > URP Global Settings).
  2. Color Space: Designed for Linear color space (recommended). Normal and Mask maps are configured as linear by default.
  3. Demo Scripts: The included C# scripts (PlayerMovement.cs, AnimatedDoor.cs, FlickeringLight.cs, etc.) are provided as gameplay examples for the demo scene and can be safely removed if integrating into an existing project architecture.

No AI has been used to create this package. All the assets were manually created in blender 4.5, all the textures were manually created in Adobe Substance 3D Painter.
