MeritMarker OFFICIAL SALE

Turn player progress into achievements.

MeritMarker keeps achievement logic in reusable assets instead of scattered through your gameplay code. Create Achievement Definitions, report what happens in your game, and MeritMarker decides which achievements progress or unlock. One event can advance several achievements with different targets and filters, so your combat, level and inventory scripts stay free of achievement conditions.

Track the goals players care about

Nine tracking modes cover manual unlocks, one-time events, cumulative counters, highest and lowest values, distinct collectibles or subjects, required-item checklists, begin/fail/complete challenges and completionist goals that unlock after every other achievement.

Celebrate the unlock

Player-facing UI is included: a stack of unlock notifications with smooth reflow (or a traditional queue), and a searchable, filterable achievement list with progress bars, points, categories and locked states. Hidden achievements can show a hint or stay fully secret, with an optional session-only spoiler reveal.

Keep progress where your game keeps it

Progress is saved as JSON through a flushed temporary file swapped in with a backup, and interrupted saves are recovered on load. Share it globally, isolate it per save slot, or plug in your own storage by implementing IAchievementStorage.

Sync when you are ready

Steam sync is optional and off by default. Turn it on and it runs in simulated mode with no SDK, so the whole flow is testable; install Steamworks.NET and enable the integration when you connect a real Steam app. A platform-adapter interface covers other stores and services, several adapters can be registered at once, and local unlocks a platform missed are pushed again on startup.

Learn through four demos

Quick Start, Achievement Types, Platform Sync and Save Scope take you from a first unlock to platform adapters and storage choices, with their C# source included. Custom inspectors, one-click scene setup, a project validator, a Getting Started window and an offline PDF manual support integration.

MeritMarker includes editable C# source, uses Unity UI with no TextMeshPro requirement, and has no required third-party SDK, service, account or subscription.

Scope: real Steam operation requires Steamworks.NET and your own Steam app configuration; it has been tested in simulated mode. Other platform adapters are an interface for your integration, not bundled console or store SDKs.
