Ten people with ten jobs, not one body in ten shirts. Each has its own build,
its own clothing and its own way of moving: the trainer is the broadest frame
in the set, the teacher stands the straightest, the gang member walks with the
widest roll, the farmer has the slowest cycle and the courier the quickest.
Put four of them on a street and it reads as a crowd rather than as a
duplicated prefab.
One skeleton across all ten — and it is the zombies' skeleton. Same bone
names, same clip names, same proportional rig as the Low Poly Zombie Pack. One
Animator controller drives the entire cast, a clip authored on any one of them
plays on the other nine, and if you own both packs it drives all twenty.
Four clips each, forty in the pack. Idle, Walk and Run all loop
seamlessly — first and last frame hold identical poses, verified at build time
rather than eyeballed — and Wave is a one-shot greeting that starts and ends on
the idle stance so it blends cleanly out of a loop and back into it.
The whole pack costs less than a third of the models bought singly:
$99.90 of singles for $34.99.
Cheap enough for crowds. 7,344 triangles for all ten, one material and one
draw call each, no LODs to manage because there is nothing to reduce. A
thirty-strong street built from these is roughly the triangle budget of one
conventional character.
Every model imports upright at Scale Factor 1, one Unity unit to the metre,
facing +Z. Each ships its own demo scene, its own 128x128 palette atlas and its
own README.
Key features
- Ten distinct people: Gym Trainer, Cowboy, Street Lad, Street Gang Member, School Teacher, Farmer, Construction Worker, Chef, Police Officer, Delivery Courier
- One Unity Humanoid skeleton across all ten. Avatar builds automatically, Mixamo and Starter Assets clips retarget onto any of them
- The same skeleton as the Low Poly Zombie Pack, so one controller drives both
- 40 clips in total: Idle, Walk, Run and a one-shot Wave on every model
- 7,344 triangles for all ten - 640 to 812 each, one draw call each
- 1.75 m to 1.97 m tall, so a crowd has a skyline rather than a flat top
- Hats, hoods, vests, aprons, tool belts and boots modelled in, not painted on
- A demo scene, a palette atlas and a README per model
- Recolour anyone in the pack by editing a 16-pixel texture
Variant breakdown
Gym Trainer
The heavy build. Humanoid-rigged low-poly gym trainer, 1.87 m, tank top and
sweatband, the broadest shoulders in the set. Idle, Walk, Run and Wave. 640
tris, 21 bones.
The widest frame in the pack: 1.87 m, 1.99 m across the arms, thick through
the shoulders and forearms, in a tank top and a sweatband.
Built to read as the physical one at a distance — in a gym scene, a boxing
gym, a fitness app, or as the bouncer a street scene needs. The Run cycle is
the fastest of the ten, and he is the lightest model in the pack at 640
triangles despite being the biggest, because the bulk is in the proportions
rather than in extra geometry.
Cowboy
The western one. Humanoid-rigged low-poly cowboy, 1.83 m and 1.89 m to the
crown of the hat — curled brim, waistcoat, beard and leather boots. Idle,
Walk, Run and Wave. 804 tris, 21 bones.
A 1.83 m rancher under a curled-brim hat that takes him to 1.89 m. Waistcoat
over a work shirt, a full beard, and leather boots with the shafts modelled
over the shins rather than painted on.
The brim curls up at the sides, which is the difference between a cowboy hat
and a sun hat and costs nothing extra: the same vertices, moved. The walk is
the second-slowest in the pack, with a slight roll to it.
The most recognisable silhouette of the ten from across a scene, which is why
it is also the one sold on its own.
Street Lad
The hoodie. Humanoid-rigged low-poly teenager, 1.77 m with the hood up, the
leanest frame in the set. Idle, Walk, Run and Wave. 688 tris, 21 bones.
The narrowest build of the ten: a lean 1.72 m teenager, 1.77 m with the hood
up, hands hanging loose and a slouch in the spine.
The hood is real geometry over the skull with a collar at the shoulders, not a
texture — so it holds its shape from every angle and in silhouette. The walk
carries a pronounced roll through the hips and shoulders, which is what makes
him read as young next to the teacher or the officer.
The everyday urban body a modern scene needs most of: a pedestrian, a courier's
mate, a crowd filler, or the one the player is chasing.
Street Gang Member
The muscle. Humanoid-rigged low-poly gang member, 1.81 m in a bandana,
cut-off jacket and neck chain, with the widest roll in the set. Idle, Walk,
Run and Wave. 732 tris, 21 bones.
Heavy through the shoulders and chest, in a bandana, a cut-off jacket and a
chain — a street enemy that reads as a threat before it does anything.
The walk has the most swagger of the ten: the hips roll, the shoulders counter-
rotate against them, and the arms hang wide. Standing next to the Street Lad on
the same skeleton, the difference is entirely build and carriage, which is what
makes a two-character street scene work.
The bandana and the jacket both carry the same accent colour, so a rival gang
is a one-swatch recolour of the palette atlas.
School Teacher
The straight-backed one. Humanoid-rigged low-poly school teacher, 1.76 m in
shirt, tie and glasses. Idle, Walk, Run and Wave. 684 tris, 21 bones.
Shirt, tie and glasses on a 1.76 m frame that stands straighter than anyone
else in the pack — the posture is a rig parameter, not a pose, so it holds
through every clip.
Glasses and tie are modelled geometry standing proud of the face and chest, so
they survive at silhouette distance where a painted-on tie disappears.
The obvious classroom NPC, and equally the office worker, the manager or the
scientist a lab scene needs. The Wave clip does duty as a greeting or as
"over here".
Farmer
The slow one. Humanoid-rigged low-poly farmer, 1.80 m in dungarees under a
straw hat, thick through the middle. Idle, Walk, Run and Wave. 780 tris, 21
bones.
Dungarees with modelled straps over the shoulders, a wide straw hat with a
curl in the brim, a beard and work boots. Thick through the waist and chest —
the bulk is in the measurements, so it deforms properly instead of being a
sphere stuck on the front.
The slowest walk cycle in the pack and a flat-footed stance, which is what
makes him read as rural rather than as a shorter office worker.
The farm, village and countryside NPC, and the one most likely to be standing
still in a field while something else happens.
Construction Worker
The site worker. Humanoid-rigged low-poly builder, 1.84 m to the top of the
hard hat, in a hi-vis vest with a tool belt and boots. Idle, Walk, Run and
Wave. 812 tris, 21 bones.
Hard hat with a ridge and a short brim, hi-vis vest, tool belt with pouches at
both hips, and heavy boots — the most equipment of anyone in the pack, and the
largest model at 812 triangles.
The vest is a shell swept from the same cross-section as the torso, so it sits
on the body as clothing rather than boxing it in, and the hi-vis colour is a
single palette swatch: a different site's kit is a one-swatch edit.
Built square, walking heavy. The obvious construction-site NPC and a good
generic workman for industrial, dock and warehouse scenes.
Chef
The tallest hat in the set. Humanoid-rigged low-poly chef, 1.76 m and 1.97 m
to the top of the toque, apron over the whites. Idle, Walk, Run and Wave. 712
tris, 21 bones.
A 1.76 m cook whose toque takes the model to 1.97 m — the tallest silhouette
in the pack, and unmistakable at any distance or size.
Apron over a jacket a shade darker than the toque, so the apron keeps an edge
instead of dissolving into the whites. Round through the middle, with the bulk
in the waist and chest measurements rather than in added geometry.
The kitchen, restaurant and street-food NPC. The Wave clip works as a greeting
from behind a counter.
Police Officer
The uniform. Humanoid-rigged low-poly police officer, 1.85 m in a peaked cap,
stab vest and duty belt. Idle, Walk, Run and Wave. 788 tris, 21 bones.
Peaked cap with a hard peak and a dark band, stab vest over a uniform shirt,
duty belt with pouches, black boots. 1.85 m — the second-tallest body in the
pack — with a deliberate, upright walk.
Recolours cleanly into a security guard, a customs officer or a private force:
the cap crown, the vest and the belt pouches all take the same accent swatch,
so the uniform's colour is one edit rather than a re-texture.
Delivery Courier
The quick one. Humanoid-rigged low-poly courier, 1.75 m under a cap with a
loaded backpack, and the fastest walk cycle in the set. Idle, Walk, Run and
Wave. 704 tris, 21 bones.
Cap, polo and a loaded backpack sitting between the shoulder blades — the only
model in the pack carrying anything, and the one silhouette that reads
instantly from behind.
The quickest walk cycle of the ten and a short stride, so a courier crossing a
street looks like they are working rather than strolling.
The city-street NPC: food delivery, parcels, a bike courier off the bike. Drop
the backpack colour to a different swatch and it is a different company.
