Mesh Polisher Pro is a Unity Editor tool for mesh analysis, normal repair, smoothing, edge control, and face direction correction.
Imported meshes can contain unwanted shading seams, broken normals, incorrect face direction, inconsistent hard edges, or rough transitions. Fixing these problems in an external 3D application can interrupt the Unity workflow and require repeated re-export steps.
Mesh Polisher Pro lets you inspect and refine supported meshes directly inside the Unity Editor.
You can analyze a mesh, find possible shading and winding problems, select specific regions, edit normals with brushes, control smooth and hard edges, repair face direction, and compare the result before you apply it.
The tool uses a temporary working copy of the selected mesh. This helps protect the original imported asset while you test changes. You can restore the original mesh, apply the result to the selected instance, duplicate the object, or save the result as a new mesh asset.
Mesh Polisher Pro is useful for:
The package is not limited to one game genre. It can help with characters, props, environments, architecture, vehicles, stylized assets, realistic assets, simulations, and other 3D projects.
Mesh Polisher Pro is developed as a collaboration between CS5Gaming × DOTStudio.
