About this asset
Old school cartoon sound effects cover a specific set of sounds that appear again and again in animation: boings, farts, tire screeches, wobbles, and the odd pop gun shot. 344 SFX - Classic Cartoon Effects is a collection of those classic vaudeville-era animation sounds, all recorded and designed for modern production use.
Boing sounds make up a large section of the library, with pitch-down bends, wobbles, drum hits, and a multiple-bounce version covering the full range of spring and rubber impacts. Fart sounds are covered in several distinct types: short pops, waves, rising shakes, sustained blasts, and quick squeaks across a generous set of takes. Tire skids come in short and long versions with plenty of variation. Tom drum hits give you quick musical punctuation. Wobble sounds, cork pops, plastic rattle boings, a rattling ruler, wooden stick swooshes, and a retro sci-fi laser round out the collection.
This works for animation, comedy games, party games, and any project with a cartoonish visual style. All sounds are studio recorded, fully metadata tagged, and ready for Unity.
