Dynamic Target Framer

💬 DISCORD | 📖 DOCUMENTATION | 🎮 DEMO

Dynamic Target Framer puts a clean, dynamic bounding box on screen around whatever 3D object the player is aiming at. Unlike a loose bounding-box overlay, the frame is built from the object’s real geometry, so it stays as tight as possible around the silhouette from every camera angle.

It is designed to be tiny and obvious: three short, fully-commented C# scripts and one prefab. Drop the DTFCanvas prefab into your scene, give your objects colliders, press Play — the crosshair now frames anything you look at. No setup wizard, no shaders, no hidden magic.

Typical uses: first-person interaction prompts, “look-at” highlights, inspection and point-and-click adventures, tutorial callouts, photo modes, RTS/selection cursors, and AR object outlining.
