Soviet Modular Apartment Kit | Source of Dystopia

Designed primarily for indie developers, this pack lets you create a 70's Soviet apartment block and serves as a great addition to Soviet-inspired PBR environments. In addition to panel buildings, the included assets can also represent older structures, giving your scenes more character.

The pack features a variety of pieces to help you build 70's-era Soviet apartment buildings.
Included are:

• Wall pieces, windows, and doorways;
• Roof pieces;
• Stairwell pieces;
• Ready-made apartment building prefabs for quickly assembling realistic-looking buildings;
• Pipes, heating, and ventilation components;
• A detailed electrical box with period-accurate internals;
• 17 unique seamless materials sourced from a real Soviet apartment block;

The aforementioned materials can also be used with prototyping and level-design tools such as ProBuilder.
