ShipIt Supabase Toolkit is a full stack backend toolkit that helps Unity developers add online game features without building a backend from scratch.
It connects your Unity project to your own Supabase project and gives you ready to use systems for authentication, database access, realtime events, storage, cloud saves, leaderboards, inventory, economy, live ops, AI features, and more.
This package is designed for indie developers, students, game jam teams, prototypes, and small studios that want to add secure online systems quickly while keeping ownership of their own backend data.
What you can build with it:
The toolkit includes an in editor workspace with setup, provisioning, schema browsing, code generation, SQL tools, debugging, realtime monitoring, RLS simulation, and sample scenes. It also includes drop in uGUI prefabs and UI Toolkit screens for common flows like authentication, leaderboard, profile, inventory, cloud saves, and achievements.
This package is suitable for most online Unity projects, including casual games, mobile games, RPGs, idle games, puzzle games, social games, party games, educational games, prototypes, and live service projects.
It is not a replacement for realtime authoritative netcode or physics simulation. For real-time gameplay movement, combat, or simulation, pair it with Netcode for GameObjects, Mirror, Photon, Fusion, or another networking solution. This toolkit handles the backend around the match: accounts, saves, data, inventory, economy, leaderboards, live ops, AI, and player systems.
Your game talks directly to your own Supabase project. No ShipIt runtime server is required, and no game data is proxied through ShipIt. Supabase, Unity, and other trademarks belong to their respective owners. This is an independent third party integration and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Supabase or Unity.
