- Fuzzy Searching: Quickly search through your scenes by typing part of the name.
- Note Searching: The search bar also scans your custom scene notes, so you can search for a tag or a to-do item and find the exact scene it belongs to!
📝 Scene Notes
- Built-in Notebook: Add and save custom, persistent notes for any specific scene. Perfect for leaving to-do items, scene-specific reminders, or instructions for your team without cluttering the scene hierarchy.
🚀 Navigation & Loading
- Quick Access Navigation: Double-click any scene in the list to open it instantly. If the scene has unsaved changes, Unity will prompt you to save first.
- Additive Loading: Click the Additive Load icon to load a scene on top of your currently active scene without replacing it. While Unity natively struggles with additive loading during Playmode unless scenes are pre-added to Build Settings, Scene Weaver handles this limitation smoothly and seamlessly for you!
- Quick Renaming: Middle-click on any scene name in the list to instantly rename the scene file.
- Locate in Project: Ping a scene with a single click to highlight it in the Project window.
🎮 Playmode & Build Integration
- Playmode Controls: Enter Playmode directly from any specific scene using the Play button.
- Playmode Banner: While in Playmode, the tool displays a handy banner indicating the active scene with a quick button to stop playback.
- Build Settings Integration: See at a glance which scenes are included in the build (indicated by a numbered badge). You can add scenes directly to the Build Settings from within the tool, or right-click the build badge to manually change a scene's index.
