About this asset
The cutting edge technology of a fictional 19th century is here! Ladies and gentlemen, let me introduce the lady and gentlemen of the future!
Harder, better, not so faster... but definitely stronger!
Ready to play:
- Drag a character onto your level and it patrols by itself: it walks back and forth and turns at walls, ledges and other characters; the robots stop now and then and stand breathing.
- Each golden robot walks one of three ways (arms down, swinging its arms, carrying a tool): pick it in the Inspector or from code, also while it walks.
- The fat robot moves by rolling: it curls up into a ball, rolls along, and gets up when it stops, or rests as a ball.
- Every character has colliders fitted to its body, and the walkers 2D physics: they stand on your ground, ride moving platforms and can be pushed.
- Drive them from your own scripts through a simple API (walk, stop, turn), or from UnityEvents.
The characters:
- A golden robot in six variations (Robot1 to Robot6).
- A big fat robot, golden and silver (FatRobot1, FatRobot1B).
- A mechanical horse pulling a cart, in two sizes (Horse1, Horse1Small).
- A small mouse robot (RobotMouse1) and a lady robot (FemaleRobot1).
Also included:
- Statues to place: the lady with an umbrella in two poses, in silver, copper and gold, three robots in silver and copper, faded copies of three of them for layers further back, and loose robot parts.
- A demo scene: the robots walking and the fat robot rolling in a steampunk factory.
- The demo's background picture.
- The original Photoshop files (PSD) and GIF previews of the animations.
Credit to Atomic Realm is appreciated but not required.
