Blur Shaders 2 for URP comes with four different blur effect presets, perfect for many use cases.
Each effect can be masked out on a per-layer, per-rendering layer, per-LightMode tag, or per-render queue basis for extra control. And for maximum performance, each effect uses multiple passes where possible and you can use sparse blur kernels to squeeze out more juice. Unity's volume system makes it easy to seamlessly integrate with other effects.
This effect is taken from Snapshot Shaders 2 for URP. If you like what you see in this asset pack and you want more, SS2 comes with a slew of effects and they're all compatible with the same layer masking functionality.
