Dynamic Resolution is a well proven system that helps you regain performance by tracking your game's frametime and engaging subtle resolution adjustments to maintain your performance target, DR3 takes that core experience and builds upon every aspect to enhance the user experience, it is a brand new rewrite aimed to deliver the following:


  • Frictionless setup, all you have to do is add DR3 and tick a check box and that's it, we pride ourselves on the simplicty of our tools by not overwhealming our users with unnecessary onboarding steps.
  • Simplicty doesn't come at the cost of reduced customization, in fact DR3 offers more settings than ever for those of you who want more granular control.
  • New backend, DR3 is built upon a new Unity Frametimings Manager API which is more modern and allows us to offer more settings and more potential for new novel features in the future*.
  • New quadric scaling engine which aims to maintain your performance target with the least amount of resolution changes.
  • New FPS lock that requires no headroom to operate, your performance target now matches your FPS lock exactly.

☀️ For new users what is Dynamic Resolution:


  • It helps you maintain your performance target by automatically reducing/increasing internal resolution based on the load of the scene.
  • And uses upscalers like FSR 1 and STP to reconstruct low res frames to be more close to the native rendition of the game, the result is more performance while maintaining good visual quality.
