HealthBridge | Health & Fitness SDK for iOS & Android

Building separate HealthKit and Health Connect integrations can slow down a
Unity health and fitness app before the fun part starts. HealthBridge gives you
one C# API for iOS HealthKit and Android Health Connect, so your app can import
workouts, read activity and wellness data, handle permissions, test with editor
mocks, and write completed workouts or health samples back to supported platform
health stores when your app creates them.

Use it for fitness games, wellness apps, training companions, dashboards,
research prototypes, or any Unity project where real-world activity should shape
the experience. Workouts, steps, sleep, heart rate, calories, distance,
nutrition, hydration, body metrics, and heart-rate zones can all become part of
your gameplay, UI, progression, rewards, or analysis tools.

The Unity-first workflow gives you setup tools, permission presets, sample UI,
and local docs so you can move from prototype to device testing with fewer
native-integration detours.
