IES file editing and generation tool

This is a simple and flexible IES file editing tool that can generate raw IES files for HDRP lights and supports direct opening and reading of IES files in Unity for use with your lights. It supports Windows platform packaging. I am very happy to sell all the complete source code in this project for research and learning purposes. No DLL files are used for code wrapping in the code.
