2D Pixel Character Pack – Wizard Class + Skill Effects is a production-ready pixel art asset pack for side-view 2D games (platformers, action RPG, roguelite, metroidvania, beat ’em up, etc.).
It includes 13 wizard-class mercenary characters and 34 skill effect (VFX) prefabs, along with ready-to-use prefabs and two demo scenes so you can preview and integrate quickly.

How to use
- Import the package into your Unity project.
- Open the demo scenes to preview characters and skill effects.
- Drag & drop prefabs from the folders above into your scene.
- Play the scene to verify animation playback.
Sprite / Pivot notes
- All sprites were sliced using Automatic (not “Grid by Cell Size”), and frame sizes/pivot positions were manually adjusted.
- Character sprites use a consistent feet-aligned pivot (ground/shadow line) for stable placement.
- Skill effects use pivots set to either the center or the bottom, depending on the effect.
- Character Idle/Walk animations were created in a 64×64 or larger working frame size.
- Projectile prefabs (*_Arrow) were created under the assumption that:
the “in-flight” state uses the Idle animation, and
the Hit animation will play when the projectile collides with a target.
