Glass VFX Pack (URP): Rain, Frost, Cracks, Dirt, Shields, Soap is a screen-space window shader collection for Unity URP. It distorts and blurs the scene behind glass using the camera’s opaque texture, with fully procedural effects—no flipbooks or pre-baked textures required.

Apply a material to any glass mesh and tweak a few sliders to get:

  • Rain-on-Glass: droplets, trails, refraction/distortion, optional blur
  • Frosted Glass: dendritic crystal growth with clear patches (optimized variant)
  • Cracked Glass: crack web with stress refraction/blur and subtle settling
  • Dirty Glass: grime/dust film with natural patchiness
  • Energy Shields (2): animated, scanlines, interference, Fresnel rim, impact ripple
  • Soap: thin translucent film with streaks for “recently cleaned” storytelling
