Textures range from 1024 to 4096 for high detail up close and have albedo, normal, normal details, heightmap, and occlusion map (for some textures as needed).
Buildings DO NOT contain combined optimized versions, but the modular buildings are well organized by material type for easy combining if your projects are a good fit for that.
