▶️ Key Features ◀️


Over 250 Unique 3D Models. The pack includes assets for landscape creation, level-building platforms, decorative elements, and interactive objects such as traps, trampolines, teleporters, obstacle courses, and collectible rewards. These assets allow you to build a wide variety of game scenes — for both active gameplay and background environments.

21 Unique Characters and Animations. Each character features a distinct visual style, personality, and a custom animation set. They add life and individuality to your game right out of the box.

The package includes the necessary animations for movement and interaction with other NPCs, as well as full compatibility with the Mixamo animation library, which features over 2600 unique animations.

● Ease of Use. The pack includes two files with different Unity versions, and in each one, the scene is set up in three render pipelines. Simply download the version you need and open the scene in your preferred render pipeline. Everything is clear and easy to use.

AI Navigation. We’ve set up NPC movement so you can use it right away in your game.

A ready-to-use demo scene with animated obstacles and environment objects — exactly what you see in the demo video and screenshots. It helps you save development time — use it as is or customize it to fit your project’s needs.

Playable Story Scene Included.

Optimized Models. Each model is designed with a limited number of textures, an optimized mesh, and simple shaders, ensuring smooth performance across mobile devices, VR/AR, PCs, and consoles. With these assets, your project will maintain excellent performance while delivering stunning visuals.

▶️AI Navigation◀️

● Movement. We’ve set up NPC movement so you can use it right away in your game. Characters automatically move within a defined area and choose their own paths. While moving, they collect coins and other items. When the character Granitus appears, other characters run away or hide! 😊 If characters enter a specific area (a dance zone), they start dancing.

● Camera Interaction. When the camera gets close, characters turn toward it and wave hello.

First-person main character control. You can switch to first-person mode and directly control the character.

Platforms (x28)

Use for building a game level. Includes platforms of various shapes and sizes, rotating elements, bridges, and bundles.

Props (x40)

Use as interactive elements as well as for enhancing the game level. Includes:

bamboo constructions, bamboo platforms, blocks, bridges, bridge pieces, dice cubes, fences, fence pillars, lamps, lianas, podium, stairs, single steps, tables, totems.

Environment Decorations (x61)

Mainly used as decorative elements to enhance the location — includes arches, ruins, obelisks, air balloons, boats, columns, a windmill, a lighthouse, and a statue.

Vegetation (x28)

Use to decorate the environment. Includes bushes, flowers, leaves, mushrooms, trees, glowing fire, stones, fantasy plants, water lilies.

Mountains (x22)

Use as background environment objects (can also be used as elements for building a game landscape).

Includes mountains, rocks, and large stone formations.


Characters (x21)

Croakus The Great - main antagonist.

Granitus (3 color variations) - a character who has guarded an ancient book since ancient times. Whoever obtains the book will gain Granitus’s support and assistance.

Spory (3 variations) - cute characters who are caretakers and inhabitants of hidden and forgotten lands. When a threat appears, they hide, leaving only a single mushroom cap visible.

Myco (3 variations) – harmless and cute mushroom-snails that slowly crawl around the location. Sometimes they gather in groups, creating the impression that they are communicating with each other.

Bloomjaw (3 variations) – no one knows where these predator plants came from. Their origin remains a mystery. Rumor has it they can move, but no one has ever managed to prove it.

Lumelf (3 variations) – cute travelers who discovered the lost lands of Adventure_Land. And who knows what else the heroes will have to face and how their fate will unfold. :)

Shadow_Of_Croak (5 color variations) – frogs that swim, sleep, rest, and go about their business. They seem to feel very comfortable here. Perhaps they are the native inhabitants of these lands?

The pack includes a wide range of animations for each character — from basic movement to expressive emotions and combat actions — making them ready for gameplay integration or cutscenes.

Bloomjaw (x5): idle, walk, attack, take damage, dance.

Croakus The Great (x11): idle (1–2), walk, run, attack (1–2), defend, take damage, death, dance, ladder.

Granitus (x14): idle, patrol walk, meditation, sleep on duty, attack (1–4), jump, ladder climb, take stone, hit reaction, defeat, dance.

Lumelf (x7): idle, walk, run, jump, ladder climb, wave, happy dance.

Myco (x8): idle (1–2), walk, fast move, surprise, angry reaction, hide in shell, hide loop.

Shadow Of Croak (x8): idle, walk, jump, swim, swim idle, take damage, death, dance.

Spory (x9): idle, walk, run, jump, ladder climb, wave, hide, hide loop, happy dance.


All animations are stylistically consistent and designed to seamlessly fit within your game environment.
