Low-Poly Office Set #3 [+440 Models] [VNB]

🖥 What to expect? 🖱 The Office Set #1 and #2 (available for free) already contain different office-themed models, yet don't feature as many different options. The Office set #3 contains about 3-4 times more unique models, including modular assets to mix and match, different walls/floor options, and lots of different furniture to choose from. (💻📠📚🗃)

Prefabs for everything included, each with colliders and textures set up, as well as two entirely different scenes showcasing everything! Just drag and drop prefabs into the scene from the go!

🖥 What can I create? ⌨ Compared to the first two, the third set covers all kinds of different scenarios, it's not a "general purpose office set of props", but one covering multiple different spaces you would find in a real office, including but not limited to: restrooms, meeting rooms, common spaces and corridors, kitchen, individual offices, custom cubicles, server rooms, security rooms, lobby spaces, and much more.

🖥 I already own other similar asset packs 📚 That's awesome! Our sets follow a flat minimalistic low-poly style, similar to many other known in the Unity Asset Store. Yet our objective is not to compete against them, but to add more value to your collection. You can use these models along with others made by other studios!

🖥 Modular and animatable? 🎬 Yes. We don't like static models and prefabs, and so, models included feature different separated parts ready to be animated, such as door handles, chair wheels (or the chair itself), drawers, desk accessories, lamps, and so on. You can move, rotate or apply force to any of these.

The amount of models advertised does not include these separated parts, or skins of the same mesh, these are actual unique complete models.

🖥 Is this mobile-friendly? 📱 Of course. Our mission is to offer detailed yet minimalistic low poly models that are actually low-poly, featuring mostly flat colors, along with some textures here and there for specific cases, with no hidden faces or extra tris.

Feel free to over-spawn things everywhere the way you want be that on PC or phone!

🖥 Will there be new content added in the future? 🛠 You can be sure there will be. From time to time new models will be added, expanding the set based on the feedback received. Our discord community is a great place to suggest new additions!
