Technical details

Electro Engine includes:

  • A flexible first-person interaction system that lets you turn switches on and off, plug cords into outlets, pick up items, and use them contextually on other elements in the scene (for example, you can pick up a gasoline can to refuel a generator). This system was designed to be modular and easily expandable, enabling you to create new types of objects and interactions with minimal effort.
  • Various electrical devices to interact with, ideal for first-person adventure games, horror games, or other genres that require manipulating the environment to activate electrical systems. These include:

-3 types of electric boxes (basic, fusebox, breaker box with interlock)
- functional switches, plugs, and electrical outlets
- batteries and chargers
- a gasoline-powered generator and a battery-powered generator, each with its own refueling systems.

  • An advanced system for building electrical setups in-game for survival or RPG games. This system lets players construct generators, pressure plates, switches, lamps, ceiling fans, and relays. All of these elements can be crafted in-game by the player and then connected with wires to transfer electricity from power-generating systems to power-consuming devices.
  • A drag-and-drop saving system.
