Gem Hunter Match | 2D Sample Project

Gem Hunter Match is an official Unity cross-platform sample project demonstrating 2D lighting and visual effects using the Universal Render Pipeline (URP) in Unity 2022 LTS.

The project is a playable slice of a grid-based match-3 game, showing how lighting, shaders, animation, and visual effects can add polish and depth to traditionally static 2D gameplay.

How to Play:

Open the Main scene or one of the individual levels and press Play. Use the mouse or touchscreen to swipe gems and match three or more of the same colour, clear blockers, earn coins, and unlock boosters.
