Residential Houses - Modular Pack

This project includes a modular set to build your own American inspired residential houses/suburban environment with all of the assets, materials, plus an example map shown in the images. Includes both exterior and interior modular pieces. Each asset was created to a high quality and standard suitable for AAA quality visuals.

• Example map comes with 7 houses that have full interiors
• Highly customizable with the ability to apply custom tillable textures for floors, walls and ceilings
• Included example colors for interior and exterior walls; colors are changeable within their material instances
• Building assets are separate from external and internal for better culling and/or making houses with no interiors

Due to the maximum size limit, we have reduced the size of textures in this pack. You can reach high quality textures by contacting us on Discord. You can easiliy drag all textures to the 'Art > Texture' folder.

Pack supports both HDRP and URP!!! To open URP, drag the .unitypackage file (Settings>URP) into an empty URP project within the Art>Scenes folder.
