Starter Mobile first/3rd person controller with UI example

This package will work as huge headstart,its hard to make it work in existing project so I recommend starting with a new URP project.

Basic In game feature

1. -Pinch to zoom in or out
2. -swipe to rotate
3. -pinch to change pov(1st/3rd person)
4. -rotate to camera's direction
5. -multitouch supported
6. player can sit.
7. smooth control.
8. can swim.
9. swim underwater and surface
