-Simple Form: Simple form is pretty straightforward. The player must fill the Sender, Subject and Message fields and then just click "Send Email".
- Advanced Form: Similar to the Simple Form, the player must fill First Name, Second Name, E-mail, Subject and Message fields. Phone Number field is optional. The rest is same: click "Send Email"
