This plugin allows you to localize the name of your app on "iOS" and "Android" home screens right from the Unity editor.
There is also a free version.

* To use it in Unity 2018 or lower, set the "Api Compatibility Level" to ,NET 4.x in Project Settings.
* If you are building Android on max os you will need to install the "jar" command-line tool.
