The model is made from high poly sculpt in ZBrush and then retopologized and baked to low poly in Substance Painter.

Mostly quads mesh with 3509 faces (when converted to tris polycount is 6310). No co-planar faces, isolated vertices or n-gons, only quads and tris. This looks good even close up.
