Creating new prefab buildings is fast and pleasant thanks to precisely made elements, especially made pivots and the opportunities of default snap function of unity 3D. You work in a modular course. Each element was very precisely made on grid in blender with the use of snap function. I kept texture sizes small, by reusing areas of the same texture and overlapping seamlessly to hide and remove noticeable tiling.
