Prefab picker contains 2 key components:
Quick Picker
A searchable scene view window of all prefabs in your project. It will show objects similar to that selected or show you prefabs based on a search parameter.
Scroll Picker
Will only show up to 5 suggestions in a scrolling list that are based on the current object selected. It will also preview the change on that object for you as your scrolling through the list.
